X, Y, Z Axis 3D orbital machining, to increase machining efficiency.

The orbital machining mode can be chosen according to the shape of electrode, to increase final workpiece precision.

The positional accuracy of X, Y, Z axis = 1 μm .

R Axis resolution 1/1000 degree.

R1 tilt axis can be read by ENCODER for angle of inclination.

Optional R-ATC tool change system (12/16/20 positions) compatible.

Optional Windows interface to upgrade automation ability.

Single Z-Axis machining.

X, Y, R Axis positions can be manipulated by external microcomputer, to integrate with TNC automatic position during machining process.

The positional accuracy of X, Y, Z axis = 5 μm .

R Axis resolution 1/1000 degree.

Z1 travelling distance can be adjusted with the height of molds.

R1 tilt axis can be read by ENCODER for angle of inclination.
