  • 4 Axes CNC machine specialized for roller, round, tire molds.  
  • X, Y, Z Axis 3D orbital machining, to increase machining efficiency.
  • The orbital machining mode can be chosen according to the shape of electrode, to increase final workpiece precision.
  • The positional accuracy of X, Y, Z axis = 1 μm .
  • R Axis resolution 1/1000 degree.
  • R1 tilt axis can be read by ENCODER for angle of inclination.
  • Optional R-ATC tool change system (12/16/20 positions) compatible.
  • Optional Windows interface to upgrade automation ability.
  • Optional automatic back-flush system, to keep the dielectric fluid as clean as possible, to ensure machining efficiency at all time.

TNC TIRE MOLD EDM

Features

  • 4 Axes TNC machine specialized for roller, round, tire molds.  
  • Single Z-Axis machining.
  • X, Y, R Axis positions can be manipulated by external microcomputer, to integrate with TNC automatic position during machining process.
  • The positional accuracy of X, Y, Z axis = 5 μm .
  • R Axis resolution 1/1000 degree.
  • Z1 travelling distance can be adjusted with the height of molds.
  • R1 tilt axis can be read by ENCODER for angle of inclination.
  • Optional automatic back-flush system, to keep the dielectric fluid as clean as possible, to ensure machining efficiency at all time.
